Cokesbury’s Bulletin Automatic Shipments offer the convenience and flexibility of a quarterly shipping for your church’s bulletin needs. Save time and worry by having the correct number of bulletins shipped every quarter, worry free. You will be able to set up your automatic shipment and manage the number of bulletins you want to receive, as well as adding additional bulletins for special holidays. As always, you will also be able to manage your shipping and billing information, and you will be able to purchase using your Cokesbury.com open account.
- How to Set Up a New Automatic Shipment for your Bulletins
You can find the Automatic Shipments bulletins under the Supplies Tab on the main menu of Cokesbury.com or simply click Word Alive Bulletins.
On the main category page for the Bulletin Automatic Shipments, we have the bulletins divided into three main subcategories, Letter-sized Without Message, Letter-sized with Message, and Legal-sized Without message. Simply click the appropriate size and type you are interested in purchasing for your church.
The subcategory page for Bulletin Automatic Shipments will display a banner explaining additional benefits of setting up an automatic shipment, as well as displaying the upcoming quarter’s kits and special holidays.
Just click the “set up” button to begin the process of creating your bulletin automatic shipment, or you may visit the product detail for the kit, or any special holiday bulletins.
Once you click the sign-up button from the category page or the kit detail page youthey will need to input the number of attendees for your Sunday Services and click the “Sign Up Now button”.
Your automatic shipment will automatically be created with the correct number of products ordered. If you have a default payment method and shipping address, we will automatically populate those to be used with the automatic shipment.
- How to manage your New Automatic Shipment for Bulletins
Cokesbury subscriptions are composed of 4 major parts, the subscription details, a payment method, a shipping address, and the Automatic Shipment Items. Under the Automatic Shipment Information section, users can update the shipment name, change the number of attendees for the upcoming shipment, as well as skip this shipment. They will also be able to see the upcoming shipment date. The payment method and shipping method are updated or modified in the same manner as other cokesbury.com purchase options. Under the Automatic Shipment Items, customers will have the option to add extra bulletins for Special Holidays. They will just need to update the quantity in the input box and click the save button.
